Mikayla is a first-year PhD student working at the intersection of gender and politics and international relations. She is currently interested in studying the gendered implications of conflict and peacebuilding. Prior to attending Rutgers, she graduated from Michigan State University with a BA in Political Science and Global and International Studies.
