    Majka (pronounced my-Kuh) is a PhD Student studying the politics of reproduction from a comparative gender and politics perspective. She is the current Graduate Editorial Assistant for Politics & Gender, where she supports the editorial work of the journal and runs their social media accounts. Prior to coming to Rutgers, she received a BA in Political Science and Gender, Sexuality and Women's Studies from Simon Fraser University in Vancouver, Canada and an MA in Political Science from McGill University in Montreal, Canada.
