Jim Fraser received a BS in Mechanical Engineering from the United States Naval Academy and MA in Legislative Affairs from The George Washington University and has spent he spent over 20 years in corporate government relations in Washington, DC for several multi-national companies. Currently, he is the Founder and President of 262 Strategy, a government relations consulting firm based in New Jersey.
