Rebecca Biebel holds a BA in International Studies and Political Science from Ramapo College of New Jersey and an MS in Global Politics from Royal Holloway, University of London. Since 2011, she has taught political science and international relations at Rutgers University, Mercer County Community College, and several other colleges across New Jersey and Pennsylvania.
She is also an instructor in the NJ-STEP (Scholarship and Transformative Education in Prisons) and RISE (Returning and Incarcerated Student Education) programs through Raritan Valley Community College.
In September 2024, Rebecca was appointed Assistant Professor of Political Science at Mercer County Community College, and she continues to teach part-time at Rutgers University.
