For over two decades, Steven Adelkoff has worked in all aspects of the project finance, structured finance, alternative investment and capital markets industries. He has lead teams negotiating domestic and international transactions involving real estate, commodities, power generation, renewable energy, commodity exploration, investment management platforms, and investments funds representing a range of strategies. He is one of a few US finance and legal experts engaged in Shariah transactions. After spending 19 years as an equity partner of K&L Gates (the Global law firm), Mr. Adelkoff now executes private equity investment strategies all over the world, from Pakistan to Panama to Puerto Rico, in the power, infrastructure, banking and capital markets sectors. He is a lecturer at Rutgers University and Seton Hill University, focusing his efforts on international policy, ethics, management and regulations. Steven holds an MBA from the Cornell Johnson Graduate School of Management and JD from University of Pittsburgh School of Law.
