BIO:
Yizhong Yang is a second year UNMA student his B.A. in Diplomacy, from School of International and Public Affairs at Jilin University in Changchun, China. He was awarded as the only one Outstanding Graduate of SIPA at JLU. Yizhong is a published author for the online publication “monderndiplomacy” where he wrote several articles about Chinese diplomacy and international relations.
Yizhong has the unique experience of navigating Rutgers University as an international student and looks forward to working with other Rutgers students in the Ambassador program. Yizhong speaks his native Chinese and has English proficiency along with basic Japanese and Korean. He took part in ESI program in Kassel, Germany this summer and right after that, he came back to United States to start his internship.
Yizhong is currently an intern in United Nations Environment Programme (New York Office).
