Description: Veterans in Global Leadership invests in a diverse cohort of talented and high-achieving student veterans to prepare and guide them in winning prestigious internships, fellowships, and scholarships that will facilitate their entry into foreign policy. Additionally, its team provides each fellow with opportunities to network with scholars, experienced practitioners and with rising peers. Most importantly, it is growing a tight-knit community of veteran fellows to advance their career development and significantly influence foreign policy in a meaningful and positive way. The 12-month program includes a structured 4-day seminar in Washington, formal mentorship, and continuing networking and programming opportunities. The Women's Initiative provides specialized support to the female members of the Veterans in Global Leadership Fellowship cohort.
