Description: The Post-9/11 GI Bill is an education benefit program for US Service members and Veterans who served on active duty after Sept.10, 2001, and covers in-state tuition rates (in addition to fees and living expenses). The Yellow Ribbon Program covers at least a portion of out-of-state tuition at participating institutions Active duty service members are eligible for the Post-9/11 GI Bill, but not for the Yellow Ribbon Program.
