Cliff Zukin is Professor of Public Policy and Political Science at Rutgers' Eagleton Institute of Politics and teaches courses in research methods and media & politics.

Zukin's primary research fogus is in the area of "citizen engagement." Together with collaborators Scott Keeter and Molly Andolina, Zukin received a 1.2 million dollar grant from the Pew Charitable Trusts to explore this area, with a particular emphasis on young people. That research project will continue through the end of 2002 and culminate in a national survey of 3,200 people, aged 15 and older.
